"I placed an order on 11/16/22, after I had not heard from them for a week or so I started making inquiries about my order. The company communicated they were backed up with orders and would process mine soon. The company worked to resolve my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. As I told them i think we all understand that issues can arise with an order but its how they go about resolving that issue that sets them apart from another company.
